the database are portals that sponsor genuine communities of businesses corresponding
to either geographic territory and/or business communities. These would include
horizontal portals (e.g. New Zealand's Universal Business Directory) as well as
vortals or vertical industry segments (e.g. iSteelAsia). The site specifically excludes
simple storefronts (vendors of product and/or services). Functionally, each of the

one-stop access to the breadth of B2B activity across the region, a critical source
